The “active” role of the public administration in the design of the building<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Nervi is a highly urbanized area near Genoa, along the coast of the Ligurian Sea. This is an area subject to numerous landscape constraints. In order to realize architect Varratta’s project, it was necessary to respect the stringent parameters imposed by the Municipality of Genoa, which played an active role, in synergy with the designer and the builder. The peculiar characteristics of appearance, ageing, elegance of titanium-zinc zintek\u00ae, and in particular its ability to model the building by fusing together all the elements, convinced the body of the quality of the project.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
